With more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, Jenifer has held leadership positions with Hewlett Packard, Merrill Lynch, and Dow Chemical, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. Her experience spans recruiting, talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations.



Throughout her career, Jenifer has worked with professionals at all levels, helping them identify career opportunities, strengthen their leadership skills, improve performance, and successfully navigate workplace challenges. She has recruited across a broad range of industries and functional areas, giving her a strong understanding of both employer expectations and the needs of today's workforce.
